The room is new-fashioned complete with effective air conditioning in the bedrooms, you can find everything you need. Staff is always very very helpful and attentive.

Convenience of Location: The guesthouse is situated in Romes Prati neighborhood, within a 15-minute walk of Vatican Museums and St Peter's Square. It's like being in the heart of all the Vatican action, without being surrounded by tourists!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. the location was perfect, right next to the metro and within walking distance to Termini station. the rooms were beautifully furnished and the bathrooms were very clean and modern. the owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved that both bedrooms had their own bathrooms, it was so convenient. the neighborhood was clean and safe with plenty of shops, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing, but the owner made an effort to please us by providing access to the coffee machine so we could make our own coffee.

Our family had an amazing time exploring Rome, and the location of the accommodation made it so convenient. Loved wandering around the shops nearby, perfect for shopaholics like me! Managed to walk to Vatican Museums and St Peter's Square, great for burning off those extra gelato calories. Oh, and the airport is just a hop, skip, and a jump away!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Rome. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the Vatican and the metro station. The rooms were modern, clean, and spacious with private bathrooms. Gianluca, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. He even arranged airport pick up for us and provided great recommendations for dining and getting around the city. It was truly the best place we stayed at during our trip to Italy.
